How to Raise a Complaint

A wood-frame home in Tacoma under gray skies with a roof ready for evaluation

Last updated: October 2026

We want every homeowner who reaches Beliefdropped Roofing to be treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, tell us. This page shows how to file a complaint and what happens afterward. It is a general template, not legal advice.

What You Can Bring to Us

You can write to us about:

  • Your experience when you called or contacted Beliefdropped Roofing
  • How your personal information was handled
  • Anything on this site that looks unclear or wrong
  • The conduct of a provider we connected you with

If the Problem Is With a Provider

Providers in our network are independent businesses. They answer for their own estimates, pricing, work, warranties and customer service. If something went wrong with work on your home, start by raising it with the provider directly, and keep a written record of what you say and what they reply.

We still want to hear about it. Feedback on providers helps keep our network honest, and a provider that repeatedly falls short of what we expect may be removed. Please know that Beliefdropped Roofing cannot settle contract disputes, refund money for a provider's work, or make decisions for a provider.

Filing Your Complaint

Email contact@beliefdropped.living and include:

  • Your name and a way to reach you
  • The date you contacted us or the provider
  • The phone number you called or the form you used, if you recall
  • The provider's name, if you know it
  • A clear account of what happened and what you would like us to do

After You Write

We will confirm we received your complaint by email, usually within a few business days. Then we will look into what happened, which may include reaching out to the provider. Finally, we will reply with what we found and any steps we are taking.

If You Are Still Unhappy

If our reply does not satisfy you, answer it and ask us to take another look. You can also reach out to your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or to your local Better Business Bureau. For problems with licensed providers, your state's contractor licensing board may be able to help too.
