We do not hire employees to do roofing, and this page is not a job listing. It is an invitation to contractors who run their own shops and want more homeowner conversations.

Who We Are Looking For

We focus on new roof installs and replacements, including hail damage roof replacement after storms. Providers who are a natural match usually:

• Run an established, independent roofing business
• Carry the licenses and insurance your area requires
• Have crews that handle full tear-offs and installs
• Work with wood-frame homes, older craftsman houses and newer townhomes
• Understand wet-climate issues like moss, damp decking and wind

If you mainly do small repairs, tell us. Our requests lean toward replacement, so repair-only shops may see fewer matches.

What We Expect

Homeowners reach out at a stressful time. We ask providers in our network to treat that with care.

• Return homeowner contacts promptly and be honest about your availability.
• Inspect the roof before quoting.
• Put quotes in writing with a clear scope.
• Explain options in plain language without pressure.
• Never promise insurance outcomes. Help document damage if asked, and let the homeowner talk to their insurer.
• Keep your own license, insurance, contracts and warranties in order.

You stay independent. You set your own prices, and you do the work under your own name.
